DUET – Integrating Microsoft Office with SAP ERP

Always at the forefront in the delivery of latest innovations, ISS Consulting is the first company in South-East Asia to implement Duet 1.5, a solution that empowers users to easily and quickly interact with SAP business processes and data via their familiar Microsoft Office environment. Duet allows for offline access and data synchronization between Microsoft Office and SAP applications, integration of approval processes in Microsoft Outlook, and SAP alert notifications delivered through Microsoft Outlook. It also provides controlled authorization for data access and delivers reports from the SAP BI system straight into the Microsoft Outlook inbox.
